The temperatures are rising at Lake Camanche but fishermen are still catching nice fish

Inflow: The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently at 11 c.f.s.
Spill: The spill is at 0 c.f.s.
Outflow: The outflow from Lake Camanche is currently 244 c.f.s.
Capacity: The lake is 72% full
Water Temperature: the water temperature is 71'F degrees.
Weekly Weather:
North Shore & South Shore temps rising this week with highs breaking the 100'F mark by Fri to 106'F Sat, lows will be in the high 50's to high 60's.
Lake News:
New campground at North shore to be available Father's Day weekend! Eagle Beach is our new boat-in only campground located on the East side of the Peninsula in the Rabbit Creek arm. There are 3 single and 4 double sites. Call us for more details 1-866-763-5121.
Free Saturday night movies at the South shore Amphitheatre (across from the Gold Run campground) start Memorial Day weekend and run through Labor Day weekend. Movies will start at sundown and are free for our guests.

Fishing Report:
Warmer temperatures are finally here and have halted trout plants for the remainder of the season. Fish are still being caught about 40+ feet down. Power bait (in rainbow, garlic, and chartreuse) and night crawlers are still the bait of choice.
Wilma & Ray Gonzalez of Manteca came by the North shore and managed a stringer weighing in at 19 lbs with their largest fish weighing in at 5.65lbs. They were fishing out by the dam while using power bait. Fred Solari of Bellota caught a 9.75lb trout measuring 30" long from the South shore while using a rapala lure. Ed Noceti of Linden caught a 9.3lb trout up river while using a purple rapala lure.
