Hello Steelie Fans, Well the fishing here on the Smith has been fair. I have been getting 1 to 2 fish a day and hooking as many as 5. It is not that great, but there has not been anybody here. It has been me, 2 to 4 LOCAL guides and maybe a private boat. It is kinda like the old days. We have been getting rain, but not as much as forcast. We have great conditions, The weather may suck, It is cold but the river is nice.Next Report, 12/21 It is time to make your fishing plans.

Hey Steelheaders and the friends of no crowds, Wel the fishing on the Smith has not been red hot, but we have been getting a couple Steelhead everyday, having a chance at a couple more and the best thing is no one is here. Hey Steelheaders, They have showed up here on the Smith. The Steelhead have not showed up here in big nimbers, but there are s few here. The size of the fish have been ina good graqde.
