Hey Steelheaders and the friends of no crowds, Wel the fishing on the Smith has not been red hot, but we have been getting a couple Steelhead everyday, having a chance at a couple more and the best thing is no one is here. We hooked a nice King in Pink Rock today and it broke us off after a lengthy fight on the Steelhead gear. Yesterday we saw 3 boats, everyone had at least one fish, 2 days ago 2 boats. It is nice! I would rather fish in Dec. at get 2 then fish in Jan with 50 boats and get 5. It has been beautiful. We are beginning to need rain. The river is getting low and clear. Next Report, 12/15 It is time to make your fishing plans.

Hey Steelheaders, They have showed up here on the Smith. The Steelhead have not showed up here in big nimbers, but there are s few here. The size of the fish have been ina good graqde.
