Lower Sacramento River Fish Report

Sacramento River - Lower - Redding, CA (Shasta County)

by Nor Cal Fish Reports

Releases out of Keswick Reservoir are around 3,000 CFS. Caddis are coming off and it shouldn't take long for the rainbows to figure out what a great meal springtime caddis are. Sunny weather can trigger decent hatches of caddis that we typically don't see until March. The Lower Sacramento is a very good choice for your January and February fishing vacation.
