Loch Lomond will close after September 15. Until then, plan to fish > early and fish deep if you want to catch a trout, a few are still > biting. Ranger Glenn Cole says "the bluegill are hiding, and the bass > are along the edges of the lake, filling up on fry." Cole says a few > bass were caught last week, but they are "pretty well fed right now."
