Trout Fishing
The water temperature is dropping which is a good sign for trout. We have been planting all summer long so there are plenty of fish out there. Try trolling deep, 40 to 50 feet using jointed Rapalas or Kastmasters. If you chose to bait fish try down in the Pines or Rock Wall with some Chartreuses Powerbait

Bass Fishing
Lots of hungry bass out there this week. Try drop shooting robo-worms or throw around some slow crank baits. Fish have been caught around Scow Canyon and the Preserve area. Reminder that bass need to be 12 inches or more to keep.

Catfishing
Catfish bite is still slow. Soak stinky baits such as chicken livers, night crawlers or anchovies. Try looking near the Pines or Fish from a boat fish in the channel near boat launch.

Panfish
The bite is on as well for the Crappies and Blue gills. Search in Scow Canyon or the boat launch pier. Fishing using mini jigs, Atomic teasers or floating red worms on bobbers works the best. Limit is twenty five. The best time is later in the day.
