Stripers are still being caught, although the most prevailing bite seems to be Crappie. Crappie are being pulled out consistently near the shoreline of Half Moon Bay, using any small jigs, swimbaits or spoons is best. Black Bass are being caught frequently near the point at Half Moon Bay as well as the rocky shoreline directly across from the moored Marina. Hand launched vessels are still allowed as long as you have them Quaqqa inspected. Kayak anglers are having great luck and enjoying the solitude and freedom the closure of the launch ramps provides.

Lake San AntonioThe Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass bite is currently better at Lake San Antonio, they are being caught near Half Moon Bay near flat sections of shoreline. Crappie bite is still going strong with many being caught near the shore line across from Half Moon and the shoreline on the East side of Half Moon Bay. Lake San AntonioThe Crappie bite continues. Use Crappie jigs on the shoreline at Half Moon Bay. Drop in the water slowly, let them drop to a medium depth and slowly jig them. Finding any brush on shore is your best bet. Catfish are being caught regularly near Three Fingers and Half Moon Bay, use anchovies, worms, and stink bait in the mornings or evenings.
