The Crappie bite continues. Use Crappie jigs on the shoreline at Half Moon Bay. Drop in the water slowly, let them drop to a medium depth and slowly jig them. Finding any brush on shore is your best bet. Catfish are being caught regularly near Three Fingers and Half Moon Bay, use anchovies, worms, and stink bait in the mornings or evenings. Smallmouth and Largemouth bass are being caught regularly, the point near Half Moon Bay is producing the best results, use plastics, crankbaits, Rat L Traps, spinner baits, or swim baits.

Lake San AntonioStriper Bite has slowed down a little bit recently, they are still being caught with swimbaits, crankbaits, and Krocodiles or large spoons. Crappie bite is still going strong with crappie Jigs, Mealworms, and small Rooster tails doing well. catfish have begun to bite consistently, use anchovies, bloodbait, or night crawlers in the morning and best in the evening, in medium to deep water near shorelines. Lake San AntonioStripers have returned!! Anglers have begun catching large Striped Bass while kayak fishing. Spin baits, Krocodiles, and plastic worms seem to be doing very well. Stripers in the 8-15 lb range continue to be pulled onto kayaks regularly this week. Large black bass have been caught this week. Large black bass have been caught this week as well.
