Fishing has been fair to good at Lake Del Valle

Marina Hours: 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
Park Hours: 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Last Plant: On March 14, 2013 750 lbs. of Trout from Mt. Lassen were planted.
Water Temperature: 57 Degrees

Water Clarity: Is clearing up a bit. Anglers have been able to see the bottom in many spots.

The trout are still hitting but they have switched to Kastmasters, Rapalas or nightcrawlers. The Largemouth Bass are also on the bite hitting drop shot RoboWorms, Lizards, Jigs and craw Trailers or Rat-L-Traps. The Stripers have been hitting Rainbow Trout swimbait or shad looking lures. The Catfish have been after Anchovies and stinky bait.
