Last Plant: On February 7, 2013 750 lbs. of Trout from Mt. Lassen were planted. Also on the same day DFG came in with 2,000 lbs. of trout.
Water Temperature: 54 Degrees

This week has proven to be unpredictable for both the weather and catches at Del Valle Lake. Some anglers had very good luck, other anglers got skunked. There is still debris watch in effect, please use caution if you are boating on the lake. The lake is still stained and has very bad visibility unless you are lucky enough to find a clear spot.

The trout have been biting on the East Beach. They were even going old school using nightcrawlers. Some anglers are doing well using Mice-Tails and scented PowerBait. Rapalas, roostertails and spinner bait is working well for for anglers who like to cast and retrieve.

Stripers are nowhere to be found. Black bass are biting on small artificials like Roboworms and minnow like lures. Catfish haven't been biting all week.
