Despite a few days of inclement weather this week, striper action remains very consistent. So far we are not seeing as "Big" a fish as last year, but still nice 3 to 5 pound fish. Fun to catch on a Ultra Light Kokanee rod. We've been experimenting with flukes, swim bait and even hoochies with some favorable results. However, our go to bait is rolling shad soaked in Pro Cure oil and anchovies. The striped bass are scattered throughout the lake from the narrows to the dam. Lake surface temperatures are 66 degrees.

For the past two weeks the striper bite has started to heat up! The line sides are showing up in good numbers, sometimes better than others depending on the weather.
