Last Trout Plant: 1,200 lbs. on April 17th and the Department of Fish & Game came back the same day with another 3,000 lbs.
Water Temperature: 56 Degrees

The trout bite is on and there have been a lot of nice looking trout caught this week. People that are trolling are still using Rapalas like the broken back Fire Tiger and Shad lures as well as the Black Panther Martin and Kastmaster. Berkley PowerBait colors such as Chartreuse, Garlic and Spring Green remain the top choice of bait as well as Berkley Mice Tails while also using the PowerBait Trout Dip in Garlic or Roe scents. Nightcrawlewrs have also been working well.
