On May 23rd we planted 750 lbs. from Mt. Lassen, and 2,200 from Fish & Game. Anglers have been pulling in their limits, daily. We have seen quite a few Bass in the past week.

Anglers have been using White PowerBait and Nightcrawlers , that seems to be the favorite this week. PowerBait Eggs in White and Spring Green along with Berkley Gulp Foating Worms in Fluorescent Green along with PowerBait in Chartreuse, Corn Yellow, and Orange Twist.

We have had some good size Catfish being caught with Anchovies. Striper fishing has been doing well also in Swallow Bay, and the East Beach, with our fishermen using light and bright PowerBait and Anchovies. The weather has been gloomy but that doesn't stop our Anglers from going out daily, to pull in limits.
