Marina hours are 7 am to 5 pm with the park hours 7 am to 6 pm. With all of our Trout plants this month from Desert Springs Trout Farm in Oregon, Mt. Lassen and Fish and Game our fishermen have been pulling in their limits. We have had a huge sare in Crappie fishing along with Small Mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass and Back Bass. Our anglers have been using a wide range of bait from Power bait Eggs in White, Rainbow, Pink and Green along with Berkley Gulp Floating Worms in fluorescent colors, Power bait Yellowcorn, Spring Green, Rainbow and Sherbet. Silver Kastmasters, Silver / Blue Kastmasters, Silver / Green Kastmasters and Gold Kastmasters have been very popular along with Gold Rupalas, Silver Rapalas, Rainbow Trout Rapalas, and Bleeding Cooper Flash Rapalas which have been used to help our anglers pull in their limits. Jensen Silver Spoons, Panther Martins and Berkley Power bait Trout Attractant and Trout Dip in Corn, Garlic and of course Night crawlers. If you plan on boating, early is best. As a reminder, we have a half off special on all boats on an all day boat rental every Wednesday.

Matt Johnson of Oakland caught a 4 lb. 3 oz. Trout using a Rapala outside the Marina on 01/12/11. A. Harwitz of Saratoga caught two 3 lb. Trout using a Rapala in Swallow bay on 01/13/11. Alex Arroyo of Fremont caught 3 Trouts. The stringer weighed 7 lbs. using White Power bait and Corn Trout Dip on 01/14/11. Suzette Morettni of Livermore caught an 8 lbs. 12 oz. Trout using Rainbow Power bait in the East beach on 01/14/11. Elias of Benicia caught 5 Trouts. The striinger weighed 7 lbs., the largest Trout weighed 4 lbs. 5 oz. using Power bait at the Dam on 01/14/11. Christina Perez of San Jose caught a 7 lb. 4 oz. Trout using White Power bait eggs with Bubbegum Pink Worms in the Narrows on 01/15/11. Mei Begin of Union City caught a 4 lb. 10 oz. Trout using a Rapala in Badger Cove on 01/15/11. Steve Lewis of Livermore caught a 3 lb. Trout usaing Bubblegum Pink Power bait at Hetch Hetchy on 01/15/11. Brain and Zac Jellin of San Ramon caught 4 Trouts. The stringer weighed 2 lbs. 12 oz. using White, Red and Chartreuse Power bait at Hetch Hetchy on 01/15/11. Alex Jacoby of San Jose caught 3 Trouts the largest weighing 6 lbs. 7 oz. at the Dam on 01/16/11. Kyle Monson of Pleasanton caught 2 Trouts. The stringer weighed 3 lbs. using a Needlefish on 01/16/11. Zac Stevnon of Pleasanton caught 2 Trouts. The stringer weighed 3 lbs. using a Needlefish on 01/16/11. Corina and Brooke Ferguson of San Jose caught a Trout using Power bait and Nightcrawlers at the Dam on 01/16/11. Mike Clavin of Pleasanton caught a 10 lb. 3 oz. Trout using a Kastmaster at the Dam on 01/17/11. Eric Groman of Oakland caught 4 Trouts using a Rapala in the Lower Narrows on 01/19/11. Small Mouth Bass using a Rainbow Kastmaster in the Lower Narrows on 01/16/11. Pete Marshall of Hayward caught a 2 lb. 13 oz. Bass using a Lizard Lure on 01/17/11. Joe Torretto of San Jose caught a 3 lb. 10 oz. Black Bass using a Kastmaster at Hetch Hetchy on 01/17/11. Mel Begin of Union City caught a 2 lb. 2 oz. Crappie using a Rapala near the Dam on 1/15/11. Russ Van Deren of Fremont caught a 2 lb. Crappie using a Rapala at the Dam on 01/15/11. Neal Fouts of Livermore caught a 1 lb. 14 oz. Crappie using a Rapala in open water in Swallow Bay on 01/15/11. Pat Vigil Jr. of Hayward caught a 1 lb. 12 oz. Crappie in the East Beach using Nightcrawlers on 01/17/11. Erin Groman of Oakland caught 3 Crappies the largest weighing 2 lbs. 5 oz. using Rapalas in the Lower Narrows on 01/19/11.
