Fishing for spring salmon on the Feather River has gotten a bit tougher due to low flows this past week. Angler's casting large #6 Blue Fox spinners from the bank around the outlet have caught some nice springers to 35 lbs. Most fish have averaged 12 to 25 pounds. Feather river daily limits for salmon are one per person. Current flows near Gridley are 1900 cfs.
