Three different outings this week proved to be very successful! Ron Wilson and I caught a 10 fish limit of holdover bows in the 16 to 18 inch class. On Friday I had two clients, Don and Maxine Nusser of Modesto. They boated 10 beautiful rainbows in the 2 to 3 pound class and released some smaller fish. On Sunday with an approaching storm front, Don Nusser and Steve Evans of Stockton had a fun day also reeling in rainbows. Most fell for Ex-Cel's in blue and silver and triple teasers, 30 to 40 ft. deep between Big Hat Island and the dam.
