At Donner Lake, anglers will find a good mackinaw bite trolling in 80 feet of water. Anglers fishing from shore won’t get much action as the bite is slow. Donner Lake is currently at 60% capacity.

Boca Reservoir: At Boca Reservoir, the best fishing spots for anglers are near the inlet and several different shore locations
Stampede Reservoir: The trout bite is still going well at Stampede
Prosser Reservoir: Currently, the water levels at Prosser Creek Reservoir are at 50% capacity
Pyramid Lake: At Pyramid Lake, the action has been good for anglers trolling in 55 to 90 feet of water
Truckee River: With winter on its way soon, some of the brown trout are currently showing pre-spawn aggression
Little Truckee River: On the Little Truckee River, water is flowing at a low 42 CFS
