In the Upper Kern, the DFLW stocked here this week in Section 4, Riverside Park in Kernville to Powerhouse #3. We had a report earlier this week of an angler scoring limits of trout at Riverside Park in Kernville. The trout caught here this week were quality fish up to 20-inches reported. In the Lower Kern, high flows continue to make it dangerous to fish. At the time of reporting, the Upper Kern River is flowing at 1087 CFS and the Lower Kern River is flowing at 3123 CFS.
