We are in pre-spawn this week. Tons of angels caught their limit of smaller bass in less than 15 feet of water. We heard about pumpkin colored lizard soft baits, gold and white rapalas, dark sparkly senkos and speckled trout colored hard plastics being successful. Red worms and nightcrawler were flying off the shelved so they had to bring luck. Best bass was 6.5 in back coved on a buzz bait on an early warm morning.

Catfish aren’t being fished or they are just not biting much.

Crappie are hitting on spoons, jig heads or a red worm with a bobber.

Crappie were found by a few different people and the ones they did catch were over 1lb. drop shot or wacky rig on the bottom with a roboworm or a power worm has work. Also white ice plastic swimsuit. ...... Read More
