Drifting live anchovies of the flats for halibut and off the rock piles for striped bass is still been off the charts.  For example on a recent trip party boats have recorded catching as many as 54 stripers to 21 pounds and 48 halibut to 38 pounds.  This total was recorded on just one trip.
