GENERAL CONDITIONS
Water temp is in the mid-50s, weather has been sunny and windy, there are no construction updates at this time.
There hasn’t been much fishing pressure on the pier over the last few weeks.
Reminder to boaters: Fog can come up quickly and bring an umbrella and/or rain gear, bring suntan lotion
Pier retrofit is complete, with all new benches, windscreens and cleaning station.

STRIPED BASS
We are getting reports of stripers being caught ranging in size from 16 inches to 39 inches. Small stripers are being caught off the point by Dotson staging area at high tide. Jack smelt and cut anchovies seems to be the preferred bait. Pile worms work well during slow times.
OTHER SPECIES
Small sharks are being caught while soaking bait for stripers. No reports of any halibut being caught.

Del Valle LakeThe weather this week here at Lake Del Valle has been beautiful with morning temperatures in the low to mid 30s and warms up into the low 60's mid-day. The surface temperature of the water has dropped drastically this week to 55 degrees. The hot bite this week has been trout with many anglers having success.
