Bass action was a bit tougher this past week, although most everyone targeting largemouth were able to scratch out some nice catches. Drop shot, jigs, and swimbaits were the top producers. The long time crappie bite slowed later in the week, possibly due to the cold front that passed through. There were a few nice stringers checked in at the marina, most coming on mini jig/nibble combos. Catfishing is consistent on cutmackerel, and chicken livers in shallow coves all over the lake.
