Almanor bite on the horizon
Lake Almanor - CA (Plumas County)
by Nor Cal Fish Reports
3-5-2015
Clarity is 7 to 8 feet at the best. Water temperature is 44 degrees mid-day. Bite has been tepid, but pressure is very light during the week. Forecast is for warmer weather so insect hatches may be on the way. Canyon Dam and the US Forest Service ramps have docks and are open.
