Warm, calm days are bringing out plenty of boats with both bass and trout anglers but only one checked in to share his bait and fishing details this week.

Bank fishermen caught some good size rainbows using power worms.

Reported baits at the South shore pond were night crawlers, power bait and roe.

1,200 lbs of Mt. Lassen trout were delivered to the lake at both North & South shore ramps on Tuesday 1/27/15. An additional 1,200 lbs will be delivered next week.

Lake Camanche's current elevation is 186.62 as of 1/29/15. Water temperature at the launch ramp is approximately 50 degrees and the lake is 32% full. The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently 11 c.s.f. and the outflow from Lake Camanche is currently 226 c.s.f. The flows into Camanche currently vary from 11 cfs to 800 cfs. This is because when they are generating electricity from Pardee the flow is increased from the baseline 11 cfs at this time they are turning on two of the three generating units periodically during the week. Each unit can deliver 400 cfs, thus the 11-800 cfs range.
