Releases out of Keswick Reservoir are 4,401 cfs. Fishing has been amazing for some, tough for others. Water conditions are brown, 1-2 feet of visibility. Recent rains and a reservoir (Shasta) that is low, exposing bare lake bed to run-off is a recipe for muddy water.
Big rainbows are found holding in really shallow water, the kind of rainbows that we can't even get close to under clear conditions. It’s worth trying. The Fly Shop (530) 222-3555
