Northcoast Rivers are benefiting from the latest rains. Brendan Semmes at Mad River Outfitters in Arcata fished the trinity last week and says it is loaded with fall-run steelhead, and hatchery silver Salmon. "The silvers aren't biting, but the steelhead are providing some action," Semmes says. "All our rivers are on the rise now, with more rain forecast prior to the weekend. Fishing will be good on the Klamath and Trinity this week."
