Fishing is best early but trout are very selective. Calabaetis, Sheep Creek flies or nymphs/indicators near Cow Creek was a good spot. Camp 5 and Eagle Point also were decent. Cooler weather will help. Trollers also have to get out early. North end to the boat ramp is a good route as is the outskirts of Cow Bay. (530) 832-0270
