Flows have increased to 2,500 cfs below the Outlet as the water warms to near 60 degrees. Steelhead to 5 pounds-plus are gorging on the huge abundance of salmon fry from last year’s spawn. Rapala's and small Kastmasters are working for knowledgeable anglers that are trying their luck below Oroville.
