Fishing has picked up some, but early morning and late evenings are the best, with fly fishermen using rusty spinners, callibaetis spinners, PMD's, pheasant tail nymphs, emergers, all with fairly good results most days. Bait fishermen still doing best on night crawlers, while the lure fishermen are doing well on Panther Martins, though there is increased moss growth in the lake. The Hat #1 powerhouse bridge has been closed to all vehicles - road is closed past the Hatchery. Foot traffic allowed.
