Small bass tournaments have been held over the last 4 weekends with good success. Both spotted and large mouth have been caught and released. Favorite areas have been down the narrows and shallow areas around Hat Island.
Since the plant last Tuesday 11/11 trout is the big news. Anglers are catching their limit at the pond and lake. Crappie jig, power bait, crank bait, small rapala and trout magnet were the baits listed this week.
Below Gene Cerruth of Livermore hauled in this catfish last Friday 11/14 using salmon eggs out at Houseboat Cove. This monster weighed in at 11.89 lbs.
Weekly Weather
Weather. com is forecasting possible showers on Wednesday and a 60% chance of rain on Thursday. Temps in the 60s all week. Mostly sunny Friday. Possible showers on Saturday with sunshine returning Sunday staying sunny the rest of next week. Overnight temps continue in the 40s.

Lake Conditions
Lake Camanche's current elevation is 185.42 as of 11/17/14. Water temperature at the launch ramp is approximately 61 degrees and the lake is 31% full. The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently 11 c.s.f. and the outflow from Lake Camanche is currently 234 c.s.f. The flows into Camanche currently vary from 11 cfs to 800 cfs. This is because when they are generating electricity from Pardee the flow is increased from the baseline 11 cfs at this time they are turning on two of the three generating units periodically during the week. Each unit can deliver 400 cfs, thus the 11-800 cfs range.
