Due to decreasing water levels in the Lake the Park will suspend all services currently provided at the Marina and move that facility to deeper water off Blue Herron Point. The Marina move and closure will become effective on Tuesday October 7th. Fishing from shore or boat will still be available until scheduled Pardee Lake season close on Sunday November 2nd. We are sorry for the inconvenience but the current drought conditions dictate these unusual measures.

Not much to report on about bank fishing lately, warm water and lower levels have forced all the fish out into the Lake proper where it's deeper and cooler. Woodpile would be the only area worth a try, only fish reported caught from the bank recently were caught there.

Trolling for Kokanee has slowed a bit as well. The fish have broken up once again and are moving around the Lake, not congregating in any one spot. Still at 50 to 100 feet in upriver locations and apex lures still the favored teaser.

Still some catfish activity in coves and inlets from Mel's to Rattlesnake, chicken livers are unresistable.

This will be this season's last fishing report, hope we have a wet winter and all the Sierra lakes in our area are full to the brim by next season. Good luck, good fishing, tight lines!!
