Spotted Bass and White Base are still going strong. White Bass has become one of the most caught fish, with boils happening periodically in the middle of large coves like Las Tablas. When fishing for Whites or Spots, use top water lures, to medium depth lures. Top water Poppers, Rooster Tails and spoons produce best results. Largemouth and smallmouth Bass bites are doing well, fish shores near deep water like mouths of coves and rocky shoreline sections. Use swimbaits, cankbaits and buzzbaits for best results.
