The water temperature is 59 degrees and the clarity is good with some algae in settled places. The Bass has been slow right now unless you hit them in early morning and late evening. The stripers are hitting good in the early evening up near the Narrows. But the most active is the Trout. Almost perfect conditions for Trout right now. The Striper are hitting anchovies and trout swim bait. Small mouth, Large Mouth and Black Bass are hitting flukes, roboworms and Senko's. The trout are hitting the powerbait, mice tails and night crawlers. The catfish has been slow this week.

The last fish plant was on 04/08/2014 500 lbs of Trout from Mt. Lassen

Fishing for Trout hasn't changed to much they are slowly moving up the lake more are being caught in the Lower Narrows and Marina Area off of Night Crawlers, Shad like Crank/Jerk-baits, and Powerbait.
