FREE Saturday Night Movies!
This week's movie is: ERNEST GOES TO CAMP! Movies are shown at the amphitheatre just across from the Gold Run campground, start at sundown, and are free to our Overnight and Day Use guests.

Eagle Beach Campground at North shore is available for rent! The Eagle Beach Campground at North shore is the only place in the park that is accessible by boat only and is located on the East side of the Peninsula in the Rabbit Creek arm. Both 8 and 16 persons sites are available.

FISHING REPORT
Don't forget! You can win a free 2014 Annual Day Use Pass! All you have to do is catch the largest fish by weight for the 2013 calendar year. Bring your fish to either marina store for a picture and weigh in to be eligible. One pass per fish type (Bass, Trout, Catfish, Crappie). See store or gate for more details.

Summer temperatures have trout down 35+/- feet deep with baits of choice being power baits and night crawlers.

Most anglers were bringing in catfish this past week. The Morton family from Sacramento caught a nice stringer of catfish this morning on the main lake. Their biggest fish weighed 7.19 lbs and was caught using chicken liver. John Jones of Valley Springs caught a 5.26lb catfish on the main lake last Tuesday using liver. The following day some nice sized catfish were caught by Nang Mai of Oakley. His fish weighed 4 & 5 lbs. Brooke Ripley, age 9 from Battle Mountain, Nevada caught a 5 lb. bass using Senko. She is pictured below with her catch!
