Still quite a few small mouth being caught by boaters, while those fishing from shore are doing fine for blue gill and crappie. Meal worms and crappie jigs are a good bet for the shore fisherman.

Lots of fish being caught on meal worms, crawlers, power bait. Lure fishermen are doing well on Kastmasters, Panther Martins, plus others. Fly fishermen doing best on PMD's, callibaetis and caddis for dries, the nymph fishermen are doing fine on pheasant tails, copper Johns in red....... Read More

Continues to be fishing well. Prince nymphs, with or without rubber legs are a good choice for the nymph fishermen. Rock Creek bridge construction is still ongoing, so there may be road closures - watch for notices at Big Bend and top of Pit 3 road near Lake Britton....... Read More
