Weather:
The rain is finally here! Showers predicted all week with highs in the mid 50's to low 60's.

Lake News:
The Central Valley Anglers are having a derby on March 24th at our South shore location. Flyers and registration info is available at both gate houses & marina stores.

Fish Plants This Week:
On Wednesday March 7th we had Mt Lassen Trout deliver 1200 lbs delivered to the North shore ramp and 600 lbs to the South shore pond. The South shore ramp was not included with this delivery.

From the South shore we have Eric Gardner & Ted Akins from Fiddletown who caught a couple of nice trout out by the dam using grubs. Their fish weighed in at 6.71 lbs and 5.21 lbs. George Hepner from Tracy caught a 8.41 lb trout by Hat Island on his boat "REEL DAMAGE" while using a rapala lure. From North shore we had Cisco Del Cid of Elk Grove catch a 5.9 lb trout bank fishing from the North shore Day Use point using powerbait. Then we had Frank Furlott, in the main photo of Lockeford who was fishing with Bill Griffith over at Houseboat cove. He managed to catch a huge 9.24lb trout while using garlic & rainbow powerbait. Congratulations Frank for being our catch of the week. Don't forget to check their pictures out on our Facebook page!
