Bruce Worden from Loch Lomond reports the largemouth bass are coming off their nests now, but there is so much feed in the water it is hard to get them to bite. Worden adds the trout bite has slowed somewhat as well. "Surface temperature is 68 degrees," Worden says. He notes one angler who had good luck with the trout by fishing deep, 35-45 feet down, where the water is cooler.
