Dams are Being Removed on Klamath River

All of the dams are out for the most part and the KRRC is finishing up removing the remaining dam structures. A coffer dam was breached on JC Boyle to restore the river to its pre-dam channel. This will make things pretty murky for the next week or so. The clarity on the lower end of the Klamath has been variable throughout the dam removal process. We are keeping our fingers crossed that by the end of the month things clear up. The fish will be coming no matter what, this could be an awesome season on the Klamath!
