My clients the past two days were all first time Shasta Lake fishers. They all were spoiled with fabulous double digit days of fishing. The Brown and Rainbow Trout action on Shasta Lake just does not get any better. These Trout continue pig out on shad and grow big an fat. All the Trout my gals an guys caught weighed between 2 and 9 pounds.

Tuesday my client Chase landed a true Shasta Lake Brown beast. This 31 inch 9 pound piggy was a real prize. I thought we going to hit double digits but we came up 1 pound short, but none the less this monster fought hard to very end making many deep diving drag ripping runs. Chase also boated a 4 pound 12 ounce Rainbow Trout that put on quite an show, when it got to the surface, an began tail walking.

On Wednesday my client Yolanda was completely spoiled. Yolanda also caught a special prize, she landed a 6 pound Shasta Lake Brown during her fishing adventure. She also had a Brown and Rainbow double landing the Brown first, then a fatter Rainbow who hit our other line while reeling the smaller Brown.

You just can't go wrong fishing Shasta Lake right now. The Trout are hungry and getting huge. That 10 pounder is out there so let's find it!

Check out the pictures then give me a call 530 905 0758 or book online at Caldwellfishing.com and let's put your next fishing adventure together.
