The lake rose to 77 percent of its storage capacity, and fishing has been good. Bass anglers landed plenty of smaller grade bass with split shot plastics, drop shot, and creature baits. Most of the bass were up shallow, but a few bigger females were reported out deeper on A-rigs. Catfish took cut baits and nightcrawlers, and crappie fell for small live minnows near the marina.
