Success rose to 30 percent of its maximum capacity, and fishing was fair. Bass anglers used drop shot, Ned rigs, and Carolina rigs in deeper water with The People’s Worm, Margarita Mutilator, and green pumpkin all working for bites. Crankbaits and spoons worked for anglers willing to take a lot of casts along main lake points and over submerged humps. Catfish picked up cut baits, chicken liver, and dip bait, and trout ate dough bait, in-line spinners, spoons. There’s another trout plant scheduled for the week of February 25th.
