The lake rose to 19 percent of its capacity, and bass anglers reported another cold week. Finesse baits ruled the lake for bass anglers with drop shot and Ned rigs pulling in fish. Deep diving cranks saw some action as well. Deeper bass took spoons on the vertical presentation. Crappie anglers used small swimbaits and minijigs over submerged structure, and catfish anglers reported biting fish while soaking fresh shrimp, chicken liver, and dip bait.
