Kaweah Lake dropped to 12 percent of capacity. Bass anglers used drop shot, shaky heads, small jigs, and Ned rigs in 15 to 30 feet of water for two to five fish days. Successful anglers targeted submerged rock piles, underwater humps, and ledges. Catfish anglers used cut mackerel, sardines, and dip baits for a few fish, and crappie ate small live minnows in 15 to 40 feet of water.
