More good fishing to be had on Shasta Lake this week! We're consistently getting 10-15 trout in the fish box, some going 4-5 lbs. The morning bite has been the best and we're seeing a much slower afternoon bite this week. Side planers are still taking most of our fish due to the fact the trout are sitting in the top 20' of the lake. When the bite is hot, its not really critical to find the right presentation as they seem to be hitting most everything we throw at them. The fishing has been pretty good and we should see it get even better by June. Stay tuned for more reports this week! Thank you!
