Yess we are open! Come and get your fish on at the lake! Plenty of trout being caught just outside of Mackie Point and also Salsipuedes Bay. Trolling sinking rapalas are getting good bites as well as floating power bait off of bottom. Catfish are being caught daily and monsters too over 14lbs!! The bite has been slow ever since the change in weather, and fishing has begun to slow down here at the lake. People who have been catching are doing so off of garlic night crawlers and red worms, mostly netting small mouth and pan fish.
