Not a bad day !! Not gonna blow smoke here… less than stellar scores for the fleet overall… who had 15 ? who had 11 ? who had 5 ? Who only got 2 or 3 ? Who had 13 ?     Might be important for the scorekeepers out there but at the end of the day it was a “less than a fish per rod” kind of day with perhaps just over the “one fish per person” mark for a boat with not too many people… nice fish, just not big numbers in our local waters right now !!! Beating the heat in the cool sea breeze was worth taking the trip today…
   Far from the worst salmon fishing we’ve ever seen, but looks like we’re still waiting for the next big wave of Fall Run… hoping the big tides this coming week will bring in another shot of ‘em… stay tuned !!!
