3 year old Trace showed up excited and full of questions! We ran up to where we've been fishing and the fish never showed up like they have been the last few days. The bite was still nice and steady, but the grade definitely was smaller today. Trace was reeeling in fish after fish and by 1030 he started to nod off despite all the candy and Oreo cookies he was eating.. His dad called it quits and we headed for the barn to get the little guy his nap. Fun times with them and just got a text looking to get them out one more time before I start the salt season. Our season ends this Friday, but I'll definitely try and squeeze another trip in for my new buddy Trace next week
