According to the Color chart at Home Depot this color is called “Salmon”…
Apparently they buy that farm raised / antibiotic fed / dyed stuff from Costco. 
   While there ARE variations in color of wild fish depending primarily on their diet & to some degree genetics, our springtime Kings here have been feeding mainly on Krill (tiny shrimp) and the meat has been fire engine red. Regardless,  there's just no substitute for fresh, wild, local King Salmon… and we’ll throw in an experience you’ll not soon forget. #DontMissTheBoat !!
