We're seeing more and more browns showing on Shasta now and when the winds are behaving, the bite has been pretty good. I've seen more small browns this year than any other year I've fished Shasta Lake and thats a great sign for things to come. We're catching 8-10 small browns each day with a few opportunity's for trophy class browns as well. The rainow bites are abundant as well and were seeing a few 2-3 pound bows every day. I expect the May-July fishing on Shasta Lake to be very good!
