Lake Naci remained at 29 percent of capacity, and fishing has been fair. Water temperatures held in the mid-fifties, and anglers worked jigs, drop shot, and Ned rigs in deeper water for bites. A “dead stick: approach has been effective lately. Bass also went for vertical spoons in 30 to 40 feet of water. Catfish anglers used chicken liver, cut mackerel, nightcrawlers, and dip bait, and crappie bite jigs over deeper cover.
